- Reduced the directly managed departmental budget by $415M, from $1.2B to $785M, through automation-enabled employee and partner reductions, hardware and software renegotiation, modernization, and consolidation. This included a portion of the $294M enterprise-wide third-party labor takeout, which exceeded the $265M target by $29M and finished one year early.
- Built and brought online a greenfield production data center outside the ERCOT grid in 18 months, self-funding the $52M investment and retiring a decade-old enterprise resilience risk.
- Modernized the enterprise network from legacy Cisco to a unified Arista platform in 10 months and eliminated 90% of legacy infrastructure technology debt.
- Tripled cloud capacity under managed FinOps, enabled 300+ cloud-native applications, and scaled generative-AI tools across engineering, infrastructure, and ServiceNow operations.
